Premium Feature PricesA service is available for a set monthly price. The first month that you use a service, the fee will be the setup fee cost. Past this, the monthly fee is charged. Services that are available are shown in italics. Refunds are available within 20 days of transaction. NO EXCEPTIONS. If, for any reason, credits or services need to be transferred from one character to another, 1 credit will be deducted as a service fee. For example, if Person X wants to give 5 credits to Person Y, Person X will be charged 6 credits, and Person Y would receive 5 credits.
HollowGame.com credits are applicable to the preceding items. In order to fund your account with HollowGame.com credits, you may use this form to buy credits. If you do not have a credit card, other methods are available, and can be learned about by emailing support@hollowgame.com. Refunds are given to consumers within 20 days of a transfer IN FULL, provided no credits were used for services. If credits were used, the amount is prorated for the portion of the month that it was used. However, some methods of payment require a fee to be held from the refund amount. These fees will cover our costs of shipping & handling, credit card costs, bank costs, etc.. Only credits paid for in US currency are accepted. Please contact us with any questions.
